Bain-Marie Cake & Cookie Studio was started in 2021 by Pastry Chef Marie Stroh. Marie has a Bachelor's Degree in Pastry Arts and has been in the cake business since 2013. This custom cake and cookie business started in Washington state, but has recently relocated to St. Cloud, FL. We specialize in trendy and modern designs for any event ranging from birthday parties to large weddings.
