After 5 beautiful, unforgettable years, Bain-Marie Cake and Cookie Studio will be closing its doors.

This is truly one of the hardest announcements I’ve ever had to make. What started as a dream grew into something so much bigger than I ever imagined. From weddings and baby showers to birthdays, holidays, and “just because” treats — it has been the honor of my life to create cakes and cookies for your most special moments, both big and small.

To my friends, my family, and every single customer who trusted me with their celebrations — thank you. Thank you for believing in me, for supporting small business, and for allowing me to be a tiny part of your memories. The connections I’ve made over these five years mean more to me than I can put into words.

As the sole owner and creator behind Bain-Marie, this journey has been incredibly rewarding — and incredibly demanding. I’ve made the decision to step back and focus on larger personal goals and my family during this season of life. While I won’t be sharing all the details, please know this choice was made with much thought and love.

This isn’t goodbye forever — just a turning of the page.

If you currently have an order in the works or confirmed/scheduled with me over the next couple of months, please know your order is still secure and will be fulfilled as planned. I am simply no longer accepting new orders moving forward. If you were hoping to book and didn’t get the chance, I’m more than happy to offer recommendations for other talented bakers in the area who are all incredible too.
